I work on commissions in the order in which the commission was placed;

I will update you regularly with the progress;

References, mood boards, etc. are very appreciated. The more, the better!

I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

License Grant: The Artist grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Permitted Uses: The Client may use the artwork for personal purposes such as displaying it on personal websites or social media, using it as a desktop wallpaper, or printing it for personal use.

Non-permitted Uses: The Client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as selling or promoting a product or service. The Client may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the artwork without prior permission from the Artist.

Attribution: If required by the Artist, the Client must credit the Artist by including the Artist's name or a link to their website wherever the artwork is displayed.

Ownership: The Artist retains ownership and all rights to the artwork, including the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and to display it in their portfolio.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
